Sound familiar?

Where the hours actually go.

Most small teams lose a day or more a week to the same handful of chores. Flip the switch to see what they look like once they're linked.

  • Someone copies the same details from one app into three others. Every single day.

Data moves itself the moment it changes, and lands in every app that needs it.

  • The shared inbox grows faster than anyone can sort it, and good leads sit for days.

Every email is sorted, tagged and routed to the right person, with a reply already drafted.

  • Chasing unpaid invoices means a spreadsheet, a calendar reminder and some awkward emails.

Polite reminders go out on schedule and stop the moment the payment lands.

  • Your best people answer the same ten customer questions over and over.

An assistant answers from your own docs and hands off to a person when it should.

  • Monday starts with an hour of exporting, pasting and fixing formulas for the weekly report.

The report is already in your inbox when you sit down, with the numbers checked.

  • Onboarding a new client is a 14-step checklist that lives in one person's head.

One signed form kicks off accounts, folders, emails and the welcome call.

Services

What we automate.

Six kinds of work we build most often. Most projects mix two or three of them.

Workflow automation

The repetitive steps between your apps: copying, filing, renaming, notifying. We map them and make them run without anyone touching them.

Orders into the spreadsheet, form answers into the CRM, files named and filed.

AI assistants and chatbots

Website chat, internal helpers and email agents that answer from your own information and know when to hand over to a person.

After-hours chat, an internal "how do we..." helper, inbox triage.

CRM and lead automation

Leads captured, enriched, scored and followed up on time, so nobody waits three days for an answer and nothing falls through.

Instant lead replies, follow-up sequences, clean pipeline data.

E-commerce operations

Orders, stock levels, shipping updates and customer messages kept in sync between your store and your back office.

Low-stock alerts, order routing, "where's my order?" answered automatically.

Data, reporting and dashboards

Numbers pulled from every system into one place, with reports that build and send themselves on schedule.

Weekly sales report, cash dashboard, data cleanup and merging.

Custom AI solutions

When off-the-shelf won't do: reading documents, sorting requests, private AI that runs on your own servers so data never leaves.

Invoice and contract reading, quote drafting, private AI models.

Training and support come with every project.

Your team learns how it works and how to change it. We keep an eye on it after launch and fix things when a tool or a process changes.

Free blueprint

Describe one task. Get an automation plan in seconds.

Tell us about something your team repeats. Our drafter sketches how we'd automate it, and the site works out the time it costs you today. No sign-up.

Or try one:

Drafted by AI from your words, reviewed by a person before we'd ever build it. We don't store what you type unless you send it to us.

How we work

Three steps. You decide after each one.

No long contract and no big-bang launch. Each step stands on its own, and you only move on when the last one has proved itself.

  1. 01

    Blueprint

    Usually 1 to 2 weeks

We sit with the people doing the work and map how it really runs today. Then we pick the automations worth building and write them up in plain English.

    • A map of your current workflow
    • A ranked list of what to automate first
    • The numbers we'll measure success by
  2. 02

    Pilot

    Usually 2 to 4 weeks

We build the most valuable automation first, small but real, and run it next to your team on your own data. You see it work before committing to more.

    • One working automation in production
    • Test runs and a log of everything it did
    • Tweaks based on your team's feedback
  3. 03

    Rollout and care

    Ongoing, at your pace

Once the pilot pays off, we extend it across the business, train your team and keep watching it. When a tool updates or your process changes, we adjust.

    • Full integration across your workflows
    • Monitoring and alerts when something breaks
    • Training, docs and someone to call

How we build

Automation you can trust with real work.

AI where it helps. Plain code where it's safer.

AI is great at reading messy emails, PDFs and notes. It shouldn't be doing your math. Totals, dates, prices and yes-or-no rules stay in regular code that does the same thing every time.

A person signs off on what matters

Payments, customer replies and anything risky can wait for a one-click OK from your team.

Your tools stay

We connect what you already pay for. No new platform for your team to learn.

Your data stays yours

Least access, encrypted keys, full logs. Private AI on your own hardware when data can't leave the building.

You own it

Accounts in your name, documentation you can read, and no lock-in if you ever want to take it in-house.

Measured

We agree on the numbers before we build, and we show you how the automation is doing against them.

About us

Builders first.

Logic Linkers Consulting is a small automation team based in Carlsbad, California. We help small and mid-size businesses get the benefit of AI without the hype, the risk or a six-month project.

We've spent years building business automation, AI agents, testing systems and the servers they run on, for companies with real customers and real deadlines. The person who plans your automation is the person who builds it, so nothing gets lost between a slide deck and the code.

We'd rather automate one thing that saves you ten hours a week than pitch you a platform. If something isn't worth automating, we'll tell you that too.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Anything else, just ask on the call.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. We connect the tools you already pay for. If something truly can't be connected we'll tell you, and we'll explain the options before anything changes.

What does an automation project cost?

It depends on the size of the job. The first call is free. After that we quote a fixed price for the blueprint and for the pilot before any work starts, so you always know the number up front.

How long until we see something working?

A blueprint usually takes one to two weeks. A pilot usually runs two to four weeks, depending on the tools involved. You see the pilot working on your own data before you decide on anything bigger.

Is our data safe with AI?

We give each automation only the access it needs, keep keys encrypted, and log what it does. When data can't leave your building, we can run private AI models on your own hardware.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything that touches money, customers or legal matters can wait for a person to approve it. Rules, totals and dates are handled by regular code, and every run is logged so mistakes are easy to spot and fix.

Which tools do you work with?

Anything with an API, plus email, spreadsheets and shared drives. That covers Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks, Slack, Teams and most industry software.

Do you only work with businesses in California?

No. We're based in Carlsbad, California and work with businesses anywhere over video calls.

What happens after launch?

We train your team, set up alerts so we hear about problems before you do, and stay on call. When a tool changes or your process shifts, we adjust the automation.
